  • The APT:50 is the driver used on all of the APT series Super Tweeters.

    APT high-power super-tweeters possess extraordinary sensitivity from a phenolic diaphragm that has unique stiffness and damping properties.
    By fluid-cooling the voice coil, increased power handling, controlled low frequency behavior and long-term reliability are assured.

    Perhaps most astonishing of all is that while diaphragms can be easily field-replaced, replacement of complete units costs less than a diaphragm for some less reliable and over-engineered alternatives.

  • NOTE: This is the newly redesigned Driver which now has standard horn threads. It WILL screw directly onto the APT 200 horn but will NOT screw onto the original APT 80 horn or APT 150 horn.
